MATTHEW G. GUNTHARP

Matthew G. Guntharp was a partner of the firm. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he received his B.A., with distinction, in 1971. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Dickinson School of Law in 1985, and in 1990, he obtained his LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Mr.. Guntharp became of counsel January, 2007. He practiced primarily in the areas of taxation, corporation and partnership law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and employment law.
