PETER B. ASTORINO

Peter B. Astorino is an associate of the firm. He joined the firm in 2005 after practicing in Harrisburg and Lancaster for 12 years. He received his B.A. from St. John's University in New York City in 1982. After a tour in the Navy as a pilot, he received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1991, as well as his Master's Degree in Tax Law from the New York University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Astorino has varied and practical legal experience in: corporate, construction and commercial litigation and business and real estate transactional work. He also has extensive experience in tax deferred 1031 changes, giving tax advice to tax exempt entities, handling IRS and state tax litigation and controversies and undertaking estate planning for business owners and other high net worth individuals. Peter is also admitted to practice law in Maryland and Florida.
