ROBERT W. HALLINGER

Robert W. Hallinger joined the firm in 2000 after practicing for seventeen years in Lancaster and York, Pennsylvania. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Gettysburg College where he received his B.A., summa cum laude, in 1979. He received his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1982.
