WILLIAM R. WHEATLY

William R. Wheatly was a partner of the firm. He received his B.A. from Randolph-Macon College in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1974. After college, Mr.Wheatly served as an officer in the United States Army. His term of duty also included a tour in Viet Nam.
