Kimberly A. Noel, Of Counsel

Kimberly A. Noel is an attorney in the firm. She grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Township High School earning a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College in 1987 and her J.D. from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1990. Following her graduation from law school, Kim represented corporate clients and various banking institutions throughout the Harrisburg region in a variety of matters including loan dealings, municipal bond transactions, mergers and acquisitions and wide variety of complex matters with a general focus on general corporate, banking and commercial transactions. Additionally, Kim has experience advising and representing clients in the areas of estate and trust planning as well as real estate. Kim joined the firm in 2025 and concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate, closely held business and commercial transactions. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar Associations.

Kim is currently a sustaining member of the Junior League of Lancaster and has participated in and coordinated numerous community projects over the years throughout Lancaster County. She has been involved in various charitable, school and community-oriented programs and institutions in the Lancaster area.
