Title IX Training
Appel, Yost & Zee LLP's Title IX Team is offering 2024 Title IX Final Rule trainings to school entities to ensure compliance by August 1, 2024.
Our comprehensive training covers how the Final Rule differs from the 2020 regulations, new responsibilities and liabilities under the new regulations, and practical guidance for how to handle a complaint from receipt through a potential appeal. Our team is an Act 48 Approved Provider and school entities may earn required credits through Title IX training.
